The Indian Cultural and Sports Community (ICSC) Galway , along with Yoga Darśana , is organizing a free yoga session for everyone to mark the celebration of International Yoga Day!

The first 45 minutes of the session will be conducted by yoga instructor Sarah , followed by a 10-minute break. After the break, yoga instructor Meena will guide us through different asanas. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️
